Hanoi Golden Moon Hotel & Travel

Ope! Just gotta say, the breakfast here was a real treat. They had everything from eggs to fresh fruit, and that hot coffee was like a warm hug. The staff? Super friendly, always makin' sure we were good on our stay. Ooh, and that hot shower was just what I needed after exploring!

The location near the Old Quarter and the lake makes it super convenient for exploration. Rooms are adequately spacious with good-sized bathrooms offering hot showers.

The double bed situation was two single mattresses pushed together, leading to an uncomfortable division felt during the night. The breakfast spread could definitely use a few more options to satisfy varied tastes, and some rooms have issues with dampness and mold, which seems to be a common issue in the area.

Standard room is bright, has a nice bathroom. The atmosphere is comfortable and everyone from the staff are great and lovely. Good service, they provide a public parking and free Wi-Fi.

The whole place had a comfortable atmosphere and I would stay here again. The property was charming and lovely with lovely staff. The location met the needs, it was great and awesome close to everything. I often went to Pho bo Mau Dich to pick up some food.

i had a nice size beautifully decorated room with overly efficient air-conditioning, a mini-bar and big windows. the breakfast was freshly prepared and savoury and offered a huge variety of options. location: the hotel was really close to lively hanoi old quarter and main attractions, downtown, and hanoi golden moon to friends. the service was good, no reason to complain.

Solo traveler, worth it!

The breakfast was excellent, a variety of fresh fruits + warm European and Vietnamese dishes! My room? Spacious, clean, and that extra wide bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

Wasn't exactly budget-friendly but I found it still acceptable.

The atmosphere here was really cozy, and I loved relaxing by the rooftop terrace with a warm drink. They had fantastic spa services and a nice little library if you want some downtime. The beds were a bit on the firmer side, but that didn't dampen my stay at all 😊

They switched us to a twin room as we requested, but honestly, I wished we had just stuck with the double. The bed situation felt a little awkward since they pushed two singles together. I did appreciate the hot shower, though! Breakfast was decent too, but could've had more variety. Location was awesome-very convenient for exploring!
